Rosa was produced specifically for Sheraton Universal Hotel, the “Hotel of the Stars” beside Universal Studios Hollywood and Universal CityWalk. She makes it one of the first hotels in the United States to give guests an AI host they can talk to face to face.
How guests meet her
Guests scan the QR code in their arrival welcome letter. Rosa appears on their own phone, on video, ready to talk. She is the single starting point for questions about reservations, parking, valet, room service, dining, amenities and shuttles, and she connects guests with the right hotel team when a person is needed.
Beyond the hotel
Through the Experience Pass, Rosa also connects guests with Universal CityWalk, Universal Studios Hollywood, restaurants, concerts, museums, clubs and Los Angeles sports.

Rosa’s appearance, voice and personality were designed by Sizzle’s entertainment studio to express the property’s welcome. The hotel received a bespoke system to monitor and improve her answers, so the team can refine accuracy, tone and service details as information and guest needs change.
