This policy explains how Sizzle, Inc. (“Sizzle,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses and shares personal information through sizzleconcierge.com and the Synth Human™ AI Hosts that run on it. Questions go to info@sizzlestudios.ai.
What we collect
Information you give us. When you use our contact form or email us, we receive what you send: your name, role, property, property type, room count, work email, the languages you list and any message.
Conversations with a Synth Human. When you talk with an AI Host, such as Rosa’s public demo or a host provided by a hotel, your voice, your video if you turn on your camera, typed messages and the conversation transcript are processed so the host can hear, understand and answer you. When the host belongs to a hotel or other property, that property can review conversations to improve its host’s answers and service.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our servers receive technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, and the pages you visit. We use cookies and similar technologies only to run the site and to measure how it is used, as described below.
Cookies and similar technologies
Cookies are small files that a website stores in your browser. This site uses the following.
Essential cookies. A session cookie and a security-token cookie keep the site working, protect the contact form and the AI Host demonstrations against forgery and abuse, and, in a demonstration, keep you signed in if you choose to sign in. The site cannot work properly without them.
Analytics cookies. We use Google Analytics, a service of Google LLC, to understand how the site is used, such as which pages are visited, how visitors arrive, and the general location, browser and device they use. Google sets cookies in your browser for this and receives the resulting information, including your IP address, to provide the service to us. Google handles that information under its own privacy policy. You can stop Google Analytics from collecting data about your visits with Google’s browser opt-out add-on.
Your acknowledgement. When you select “Got it” on our cookie notice, we remember that in your browser’s local storage so we do not show the notice again. This is not a cookie, and it is not sent to us.
Fonts. The site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts, so your browser requests them from Google’s servers, which receive your IP address.
Your choices. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block essential cookies, the contact form and the demonstrations may not work.
How we use it
We use personal information to answer your inquiries, provide and run AI Host conversations, improve our products and our hosts’ answers, keep the service secure, and meet legal obligations.
Who we share it with
We share personal information with service providers that help us run the site and the AI Hosts, including hosting, video, speech, artificial intelligence and analytics providers, who may use it only to provide their services to us. When you talk with a property’s AI Host, we share the conversation with that property. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
How long we keep it
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above, including to meet legal, accounting and security requirements, and then delete or de-identify it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to get a copy, to correct it, and to ask us to delete it. California residents have these rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as well as the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do neither) and the right not to be treated differently for exercising their rights.

Children
This site is meant for businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their personal information.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

We will post any changes here and update the date at the top.
